Selective, not promotional. Approved partners get the standard Business plan at 50% off, locked for 12 months, plus direct Slack Connect with the founder, real input on the roadmap, and early access to new features. We ask for a monthly call and responsiveness in Slack.

Those tools see HTTP requests and stack traces. Spanly sees the MCP protocol — tool calls, prompts, resource reads — with the prompt and arguments preserved next to the trace. We complement your existing APM rather than replace it.
Yes, and you should. Spanly's SDK is additive: continue sending HTTP and infrastructure telemetry to Datadog, Sentry, or New Relic, and send MCP-shaped traffic to Spanly. Most of our customers run both side by side.
Yes. Spanly ingests OpenTelemetry-formatted MCP spans, and the SDK can export traces back to your existing APM via OTel so the same MCP trace appears in both systems.
Yes! The Free plan includes 50,000 MCP requests per month with 14 days of data retention. No credit card required.
Each MCP protocol message — such as a initialization, tool call, prompt execution, or resource access — counts as one request. The request and the response are counted as one MCP request.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
On paid plans, you are charged for overage at your plan's per-100k rate. On the Free plan, ingestion is sampled until the next billing cycle.
Data retention depends on your plan: 14 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, and 180 days on Business. Enterprise plans offer custom retention periods.
Alerting is included on Starter (up to 10 active rules) and Business (up to 100). Each rule can fan out to email, Slack incoming webhooks, and signed outbound webhooks, plus in-app toasts in the dashboard. Free does not include alerts.
Yes — public dashboards are included on Starter and Business. Generate a read-only link from the environment settings, share it with stakeholders or customers, and revoke or expire it whenever you want. The Free plan does not include public dashboards; existing share links stop resolving if the organization downgrades to Free, and start working again on re-upgrade.
